Relevant health or wellbeing information (for safe service delivery).

Confidentiality:

Records are stored securely on our encrypted system (Lamplight).
Paper records are scanned, uploaded, and securely destroyed.
Data is retained for 7 years, or until age 25 for under-18s, in line with legal guidance.

Request corrections or deletion (where legally appropriate).
Withdraw consent (where consent is the lawful basis).
Complain to the ICO if you are unhappy with how we handle your data.
