At Revive Counselling & Wellbeing CIC, we understand that growing up isn’t always easy. Children and Young People can face a range of emotional challenges, from anxiety and low mood to difficulties at school, with friends, or at home. We also offer tailored support for neurodivergent children and young people, recognising and respecting their unique needs and experiences.
Our counselling service offers a safe, confidential space where young people can talk, be heard, and find healthy ways to cope.
Our qualified and placement counsellors are trained to work with young people in a way that’s age-appropriate, supportive, and non-judgemental.

We currently support children and young people aged 5 and over. Sessions are tailored to their needs and pace, with a focus on building trust and emotional safety.

That’s why we’re proud to offer the "Living Life to the Full for Young People" course, a fun, interactive, and evidence-based programme designed to support emotional health and wellbeing.
Created by clinical psychologists and widely used across the UK, this course helps young people aged 11–18 develop practical skills to manage anxiety, low mood, stress, and everyday challenges.
What the Course Covers:
Understanding and managing feelings
Tackling negative thoughts
Building confidence and self-esteem
Problem-solving and goal-setting
Coping with everyday ups and downs
Developing healthy habits for mental well-being
