The Helping Your Teen to Live Life to the Full course is designed to give parents and carers practical tools, understanding, and confidence to support their teen’s emotional wellbeing – and look after their own in the process.
Grounded in cognitive behavioural therapy (CBT) and written in everyday language, this course helps you make sense of what your teen may be going through – and how you can help them navigate it.
